Eligibility Criteria for the Applicant: Applicant have to be the high school Student with a GPA of 3.5 or the higher planning to register as full time at a two year or four year college or university in Indiana. Applicant must be a citizen of United States or a resident of Indiana.

Additional information:  A list of qualified Indiana colleges and universities offered with the application. Applicant should be in top 20 percent of high school class.
