PHD Amateur Radio Association

As far as the eligibility criterion is concerned, the scholarship is for undergraduate, graduate or non-degree study at postsecondary institution in United States. The applicant must be residing in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas or Missouri in order to eligible for these scholarship programs.
