The Marketing program at Harvard Business School teaches students how to make marketing decisions. Students learn product policy, channels of distribution, and pricing and learn to satisfy customers while making profit.
Students at the University of Chicago (Booth) may concentrate in Marketing Management. Program allows students to learn how to manage relationships, i.e., understanding customers and competitors, devising strategies and delivering value to customers.
The MBA program at the University of Virginia (Darden) permits students to concentrate in Marketing. Concentrations include Consumer Marketing, Business to Business Marketing and Market Analytics.

Stanford Graduate School of Business offers a PhD in Marketing. The PhD program focuses on preparing students for careers as scholarly researchers. The field may be broken down into two categories, namely: Behavioral Marketing and Quantitative Marketing.
Students at the University of Texas–Austin (McCombs) are able to concentrate in any academic discipline of their choice. They may choose to concentrate in the highly ranked Marketing (General) Concentration or other marketing concentrations. These include Brand & Product Management, High Technology Marketing & Marketing Analytics, as well as Consulting; an MBA is conferred.
Duke University (Fuqua) provides a first rate education in Marketing. Program was designed to give students the tools necessary in the marketing field. There are two concentration options available; Product Management, and Market Analysis & Strategy.

RossSchool of Business (Michigan University) awards a PhD in Marketing. Program combines marketing, statistics and economics so as to prepare students for independent complex research.
Ranked among the Top 10 for its Marketing MBA program, Indiana University – (Bloomington) aims to provide an education that would serve the graduate in all areas of business.
Hass (UC Berkley) has seven areas of fundamentals. One of these is Marketing; students study basics such as market entry, pricing, distribution channels, consumer choice, e-commerce, managerial decisions and the role of emotions.
Cornell University (Johnson) allows students to take up to two concentrations. Students interested in marketing may choose to concentrate in Marketing Analytics and/or Marketing Management.
Columbia University Business School administers an MBA program that allows students to select and concentrate in Marketing as an area of main focus. Focus allows more specialized knowledge of a specific area.
