Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship
Objective Of The Scholarship: For Full Time Undergraduate Studies only held in accredited post secondary institutions in Delaware and non-profit accredited schools in the region.
Eligibility Criteria For The Applicant: The applicant must in high school and be a citizen of the US and a state resident.
Additional criteria: The applicant must also rank in the top 25% of the graduating class or be a GED recipient with a minimum score of 300. The applicant should also have a combined SAT score of 1800 in the scholarship applications.

B. Bradford Barnes Scholarship
Objective Of The Scholarship: For Full Time Freshman Studies held in 4 year designated institutions.
Eligibility Criteria For The Applicant: The applicant must show high academic achievement and is required to submit FAFSA, transcript and essay in this Delaware scholarship.
Additional Information: The applicant must rank in the top 25% of the class in high school. Applicants should also have a combined SAT score of 1800. The scholarship covers room, books, full tuition and fees.

Eligibility Criteria For The Applicant: The applicant must be a teacher in a school district in Delaware and they should be teaching in the critical needy areas that have temporary or Limited Standard certification.
